Your right to withdraw

Ön indoklás nélkül elállhat a weboldalon megkötött szerződéstől : napon belül. A határidő attól a naptól kezdődik, amikor Ön, vagy az Ön által megnevezett, a fuvarozótól eltérő személy átveszi az árut; ha egy megrendelés több csomagban érkezik meg, akkor attól a naptól kezdődik, amikor Ön átveszi az utolsó csomagot. Szolgáltatások és digitális tartalmak esetében a határidő a szerződés megkötésének napjától kezdődik.

How to withdraw

The simplest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” button. You will find it in the footer of this website and with your order, which every order email links to. We send you a confirmation by email as soon as you send the notice.

You may also withdraw with a clear statement sent to us by email or post, for example using the model form below. The period is met if you send the notice by its last day.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing, to: Heričkovo Craft Studio – tvorba, príbehy a komunita, Bajkalská 9A, 831 04 Bratislava. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

Refunds

We refund every payment, including delivery up to the cheapest option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, the same way you paid. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or until you show us they are on their way.

Diminished value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When you cannot withdraw

You cannot withdraw, for example, from goods made to your specification, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, catering and leisure services on a fixed date, and digital content you expressly agreed to receive at once. Such products say so where they are offered.
