Your right to withdraw

You may withdraw from a contract concluded on this website without giving a reason within 14 days. The period runs from the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, take over the goods; if one order arrives in several parcels, from the day you take over the last of them. For services and digital content it runs from the day the contract is concluded.

How to withdraw

The simplest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” button. You will find it in the footer of this website and with your order, which every order email links to. We send you a confirmation by email as soon as you send the notice.

Sie können Ihre Kündigung auch durch eine eindeutige Erklärung per E-Mail oder Post an uns senden, beispielsweise mithilfe des untenstehenden Musterformulars. Die Frist ist gewahrt, wenn Sie die Kündigung bis zum letzten Tag absenden.

Returning the goods

Send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing, to: Heričkovo Craft Studio – tvorba, príbehy a komunita, Bajkalská 9A, 831 04 Bratislava. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

Rückerstattungen

We refund every payment, including delivery up to the cheapest option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, the same way you paid. We may withhold the refund until the goods arrive or until you show us they are on their way.

Wertminderung

Sie haften für jeden Wertverlust der Ware, der auf eine über die zur Feststellung ihrer Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise notwendige Behandlung hinausgehende Behandlung zurückzuführen ist.

Wenn Sie nicht abheben können

You cannot withdraw, for example, from goods made to your specification, goods that spoil quickly, sealed goods unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons, catering and leisure services on a fixed date, and digital content you expressly agreed to receive at once. Such products say so where they are offered.
